သံုးပြင့္ဆိုင္ဗဟိုအဖြဲ႔ (TCG) ၏ လုပ္ပိုင္ခြင့္သက္တမ္းကို တိုးျမႇင့္မည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း စစ္ အစိုးရက ထုတ္ျပန္ေၾကညာခဲ့ၿပီးေနာက္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ၏ အိမ္နီးခ်င္းႏိုင္ငံမ်ားက ၎ေၾကညာခ်က္ကို ႀကိဳဆိုခဲ့ၾကသည္။ TCG သံုးပြင့္ဆိုဗဟိုအဖြဲ႔ ဆိုသည္မွာ နာဂစ္မုန္တိုင္းကယ္ဆယ္ေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ား ပူးေပါင္းညိႇႏိႈင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ေရးအတြက္ အဓိက တာ၀န္ရွိသည့္ ေကာ္မီတီပင္ ျဖစ္သည္။
သံုးပြင့္ဆိုင္ဗဟုိအဖြဲ႔တြင္ စစ္အစိုးရ၏ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ား၊ ကုလသမဂၢႏွင့္ အေရွ႔ေတာင္အာရွ ႏိုင္ငံမ်ားအသင္း (အာဆီယံ) တို႔၏ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ား ပါရွိေနၾကၿပီး၊ ၎ေကာ္္မီတီကို အသက္ဆက္ခြင့္ေပးခဲ့ေသာ္လည္း ၎၏လုပ္ငန္းမ်ား ထိေရာက္ စြာမလုပ္ေဆာင္ႏိုင္ေအာင္ စစ္အစိုးရက ထပ္၍ ကန္႔သတ္ခဲ့ျပန္ေသးသည္။
ပထမျပႆနာက ေဖေဖၚ၀ါရီလဆန္းပိုင္းတြင္ စလာခဲ့သည္။ TCG သံုးပြင့္ဆိုင္ဗဟိုအဖြဲ႔၏ ဥကၠ႒ျဖစ္သူ ယခင္ ဒု-ႏိုင္ငံျခား ေရး၀န္ႀကီး ဦးေက်ာ္သူကို ၀န္ထမ္းေရြးခ်ယ္ေလ့က်င့္ေရး ဗဟိုအဖြဲ႔သို႔ ေျပာင္းေရႊ႔ေနရာခ်ခဲ့ကာ အေရးမပါသည့္ ေနရာသို႔ ပို႔ခဲ့သည္။
ဤသတင္းေၾကာင့္ နာဂစ္ေလေလး ကယ္ဆယ္ကူညီေရး လုပ္သားမ်ားအၾကား စိုးရိမ္ေသာက မကင္းျဖစ္ခဲ့ၾကရသည္။ အေၾကာင္းမွာ ဦးေက်ာ္သူက စစ္အစိုးရ ထိပ္ပိုင္းေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ားအၾကား ထူးထူးျခားျခား ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္သူ၊ လက္ေတြ႔က်သည့္ အေျဖမ်ားအတြက္ ပြင့္လင္းစြာ အျမင္က်ယ္က်ယ္ထားႏိုင္သူ တဦး ျဖစ္ေသာေၾကာင့္ ျဖစ္သည္။
ကယ္ဆယ္ေရးလုပ္သားမ်ား၏ စိုးရိမ္ခ်က္က ပို၍ ထင္ရွားလာခဲ့သည္။ ဦးေက်ာ္သူ စတင္ခြင့္ျပဳထားခဲ့သည့္ နာဂစ္မုန္တိုင္းကယ္ဆယ္ေရးတြင္ ပါ၀င္ပတ္သက္ေနၾကသည့္ ႏိုင္ငံရပ္ျခား ကယ္ဆယ္ေရး လုပ္သားမ်ားကို ေစာလွ်င္စြာ အေရးေပၚ ဗီဇာထုတ္ေပးသည့္ အစီအစဥ္မ်ားကို စစ္အစိုးရက ရပ္ဆိုင္းခဲ့ၾကသည္။
ဆိုလိုသည္မွာ ႏိုင္ငံတကာ အန္ဂ်ီအိုမ်ား၏ လုပ္သားမ်ားအေနႏွင့္ ဧရာ၀တီျမစ္၀ကၽြန္းေပၚ ေဒသကို လြန္ခဲ့သည့္ႏွစ္ေမလ မုန္တိုင္းမတိုက္ခင္ အေျခအေနမ်ဳိး၊ ရႈပ္ေထြးၿပီး အခ်ိန္အလြန္ကုန္ေသာ ဗီဇာေလွ်ာက္ထားရျခင္း လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ားကို ျပန္လည္ျဖတ္သန္းရေတာ့မည္ ျဖစ္သည္။
ႏိုင္ငံျခားသား ကၽြမ္းက်င္သူမ်ားအတြက္ ဗီဇာမ်ား တင္းက်ပ္လိုက္သည့္ ဆံုးျဖတ္ခ်က္ကို ၾကည့္ျခင္းအားျဖင့္ ကယ္ဆယ္ ကူညီေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားတြင္ မ်ားစြာ ေနာက္ဆုတ္သြားရမည္ကို သိသာႏိုင္သည္။ တင္းက်ပ္ခ်ဳပ္ခ်ယ္မႈမ်ားေၾကာင့္ မူလ ကတည္းက အခက္အခဲမ်ားစြာၾကံဳေတြ႔ေနရေသာ ေဒသခံကယ္ဆယ္ေရး လုပ္သားမ်ားအဖို႔ ပို၍ က်ပ္တည္းလာဖြယ္ရွိေန သည္။
ဤအခ်ိန္တြင္ ျမန္မာစစ္အစိုးရအေနႏွင့္ အကူအညီမ်ား လက္ခံရယူရာ၌ ပို၍ ပြင့္လင္းျမင္သာ လုပ္ ေဆာင္ရန္၊ တာ၀န္ယူ တာ၀န္ခံမႈ ရွိေစရန္ ေတာင္းဆိုမႈမ်ား ပို၍ တိုးတက္က်ယ္ေလာင္လာေနပါသည္။

လြန္ခဲ့သည့္ ရက္သတၱပတ္က ျဖစ္ပြားခဲ့ေသာ ရန္ကုန္တိုင္း၊ တြံေတးၿမိဳ႔နယ္ေန နာဂစ္မုန္တိုင္းဒဏ္မွ ရွင္က်န္ရသူမ်ား၏ ဆႏၵျပေတာင္းဆိုပြဲကလည္းု ကယ္ဆယ္ေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားတြင္ စစ္အစိုးရ၏ စြမ္းေဆာင္ေနမႈမ်ားကို မေက်နပ္ျဖစ္ေနၾကေၾကာင္း သာဓကတခု ျဖစ္သည္။ ဇီးကုန္းေက်းရြာေန ဆႏၵျပသူမ်ားက မိုး ရာသီနီးကပ္လာသည့္တိုင္ သူတို႔တြင္ ေနထိုင္စရာ အိုးအိမ္မရွိေသးေၾကာင္း မေက်နပ္ခ်က္မ်ားကို ေဖာ္ျပခဲ့ၾကသည္။
၎ဆႏၵျပပြဲက ေသးငယ္ပါသည္။ သို႔ေသာ္လည္း ျပန္လည္တည္ေဆာက္ေရး လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားတြင္ ေလးဖင့္ေႏွးေကြးေနမႈမ်ား အတြက္ မ်ားစြာလုပ္ေဆာင္ရန္ လိုအပ္ေၾကာင္း ျပသလိုက္သည့္ လကၡဏာပင္ ျဖစ္သည္။
နာဂစ္မုန္တိုင္း တိုက္ခတ္ၿပီး၍ တႏွစ္နီးပါးၾကာသည့္တိုင္ ဧရာ၀တီျမစ္၀ကၽြန္းေပၚ ေဒသတြင္ ျပန္လည္တည္ေဆာက္ေရး လုပ္ငန္းမ်ား မစြမ္းေဆာင္ႏိုင္ေသးသည့္အျပင္ ပို၍ စိတ္ပ်က္ဖြယ္ေကာင္းသည္မွာ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံတြင္ ေနာက္ထပ္ သဘာ၀ေဘး ဒဏ္တခုကို ႀကိဳတင္ကာကြယ္ႏိုင္ေရးအတြက္ ထိေရာက္သည့္စနစ္မ်ား မရွိေသးျခင္း ျဖစ္သည္။
ဆိုးရြားျပင္းထန္သည့္ ဖ်က္ဆီးမႈႀကီးမားေသာ မုန္တိုင္းမ်ဳိး ေနာက္တႀကိမ္ လာလိမ့္မည္ဟု မည္သူမွ တပ္အပ္မေျပာ ႏိုင္ၾကပါ။ သို႔ေသာ္လည္း စစ္အစိုးရက ၎တို႔၏လံုျခံဳေရးကိုသာ ေရွ႔တန္းတင္ထားၾကၿပီး၊ ျပည္သူအမ်ား သာယာ၀ေျပာ ေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကို လ်စ္လ်ဴရႈထားၾကဆဲပင္ ျဖစ္သည္။ အကယ္၍ ေဘးဆိုးႏွင့္ ထပ္မံၾကံဳရပါက မလိုလားအပ္ဘဲ လူမ်ား စြာ ေသေၾကၾကရလိမ့္ဦးမည္ ျဖစ္သည္ဟု ေျပာလွ်င္ လြန္မည္မထင္လွပါ။

ရဲေဘာ္။ ။ ေဆာက္စရာ တခု က်န္ေသးတယ္။ တြင္းတူးၿပီး သူတုိ႔ကုိယ္သူတုိ႔ ျမွဳပ္ရမွာ။
စစ္ေရးျပ စစ္ေၾကာင္းမ်ားတြင္ ရိွေသာ စစ္သည္ ရဲေဘာ္မ်ားလည္း သိသိသာသာ လႈပ္လႈပ္ရွားရွား ျဖစ္သြားၿပီး တေယာက္ႏွင့္ တေယာက္ ၾကည့္ကာ ေဝခဲြမရ ျဖစ္ေနၾကသည္။

ထုိအခ်ိန္တြင္ တပ္ခ်ဳပ္ႀကီးက လက္သီး လက္ေမာင္း တန္းၿပီး မိန္႔ခြန္း အဆက္မျပတ္ ေျပာလ်က္ပင္ ရိွေသး သည္။

မိန္႔ခြန္းက တဂတ္ဂတ္ႏွင့္ ရပ္သြားသည္။ တပ္ခ်ဳပ္ႀကီး ပါးစပ္မွ အျမွဳပ္မ်ား ထြက္လာသည္။ စကားေျပာ စင္ျမင့္ေပၚမွ ခုံကုိ လက္ႏွစ္ဘက္ျဖင့္ ဆုပ္ကုိင္လုိက္သည္။ မ်က္လုံးႏွစ္ဘက္လည္း ျပဴးထြက္ေနသည္။

“ရဲေဘာ္တုိ႔ … အခုအခ်ိန္က စတင္ၿပီး အေျခအေနဟာ တမ်ဳိးတဖုံ ေျပာင္းလဲသြားၿပီ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္”
