ျမန္မာစစ္အစုိးရက အင္တာနက္ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္ေရးစီမံခ်က္ကို ပိုမိုတိုးျမွင့္လာတယ္လို႔ ဆိုပါတယ္။ ျပည္တြင္းကေနျပီး ျပည္ပႏွင့္ ဂ်ီေတာ့ခ္ (အင္တာနက္ေပၚက အျပန္အလွန္ စာရိုက္၊ စကားေျပာ ဆက္သြယ္ေရးစနစ္) သုံးသူတို႔ရဲ႔ ကိုယ္ေရးကိုယ္တာအခ်က္အလက္တို႔ ေပါက္ၾကားကုန္ျပီး အဲဒီအေထာက္အထားေတြနဲ႔ လူ ၄ ဦး ဖမ္းခံရတယ္လို႔ ၾကားပါတယ္။
စစ္အစုိးရဖက္က ကမကထလုပ္ဖြင့္ထားတဲ့ အင္တာနက္ဆိုင္ေတြအနက္၊ ((သို႔မဟုတ္) စစ္အစုိးရဖိအားေပး အၾကပ္ကိုင္ခံထားရလို႔ သတင္းေပးလုပ္ေနတဲ့ဆိုင္ေတြ ထဲက လို႔ ေျပာခ်င္လည္း ရပါတယ္) ေရႊျပည္သာျမိဳ႔နယ္က ဆိုင္အခ်ဳိ႔မွာ သြားေရာက္သုံးစြဲခဲ့ျပီး ရက္ပိုင္းအတြင္း ဖမ္းဆီးခံလိုက္ရတာလို႔ ေျပာပါတယ္။
အင္တာနက္ေႏွးလြန္းလို႔၊ အင္တာနက္ပိတ္ဆို႔ထားလို႔ ဆိုတဲ့အေၾကာင္း ျပခ်က္ေတြေၾကာင့္၊ ယခုတေလာမွာ မိမိမိတ္ေဆြမ်ားကတဆင့္ သို႔မဟုတ္ အင္တာနက္ ဆိုင္ေတြရဲ႔ လမ္းညႊန္ခ်က္ေတြကတဆင့္၊ ဂ်ီလိုက္တ္ သို႔မဟုတ္ ပေရာ့စီဆားဗစ္ သို႔မဟုတ္ တဆင့္ခံလိပ္စာမ်ားကို သုံးစြဲျပီးေတာ့ အီးေမးေတြ၊ ပတ္စ္၀ဒ္ေတြ သုံးစြဲတာမ်ဳိးကို ဆင္ျခင္သင့္တယ္လို႔ သတိေပးခ်င္ပါတယ္။ ႏိုင္ငံေရးကိစၥေတြ သတင္းေတြနဲ႔ ပတ္သက္ျပီး ဂ်ီးေမးသုံးတာ၊ ဂ်ီေတာ့ခ္သုံးတာေတြကို အခုတေလာ ဂရုစိုက္ ေစခ်င္ပါတယ္။ စကား၀ွက္ေတြလည္း အသစ္လဲထားသင့္ပါတယ္။

ေသဆံုးသူနွင့္ တနယ္တည္းသား ရခိုင္ျပည္နယ္ ေက်ာက္ေတာ္ျမိဳ ႔နယ္မွ ကိုဘသန္းမွ ဖုန္းျဖင့္ သူ၏အစ္မ မစံစံ အား အေၾကာင္းၾကားခဲ့သည္။ မစံစံက“က်မေမာင္ ဘသန္းဟာ၂၆ႏွစ္အရြယ္ပါ၊ ထိုင္းကိုေရာက္တာ ႏွစ္လေက်ာ္ပဲ ရိွပါေသးတယ္၊ ေကာ့ေသာင္းက ဆိုင္ကယ္ေမာင္းသူ တစ္ေယာက္က ရေနာင္းဘက္မွာရွိတဲ့ ရခိုင္လူပြဲစားကို ေရာင္းစားပါတယ္၊ ျပီးေတာ ့အဲဒီပြဲစားကေန က်ဳံေဖၚမွာရွိတဲ့ ထိုင္းပြဲစားကို ဆက္ေရာင္းပါတယ္ ။ ကမ္းကိုလည္း မကပ္ရဘူး၊ ေသမထူးေနမထူး သေဘာမ်ိဳးနဲ႔ ထြက္ေျပးလာခဲ့ၾကတယ္ ေရကူးမကၽြမ္းက်င္ တာရယ္ ငါးဖမ္းေလွနဲ႔ တစ္နာရီေလာက္ေမာင္းမွ ေရာက္တဲ့ေနရာက ကးူဖို႔ဆိုတာလည္း မလြယ္ဘူးေလ ေရနစ္ျပီးေသၾကရတယ္၊ က်မေမာင္ေလး ဘသန္းကေတာ့ ေရလည္းမကူးမတတ္ေတာ့ ထြက္မေျပးပဲ က်န္ေနခဲ့ ပါတယ္ ” ဟု ေျပာသည္။
ကိုဘသန္းႏွင့္ ေသဆံုးသြားသူ ၂ဦးတို႔ သံုးဦးသည္ ရခိုင္မွ ေကာ့ေသာင္းသို႔ ေရာက္ရွိလာခဲ့ျပီး ေကာ့ေသာင္းမွ ဆိုင္ကယ္ေမာင္းသူ ၀င္းလႈိင္ ကတဆင့္ ရေနာင္းဖက္ကမ္းတြင္ ေနေသာ ရခိုင္ပြဲစားတစ္ေယာက္ကို ပို႔ေဆာင္ ေပးခဲ့သည္။ ထိုမွတဆင့္ က်ံဳေဖၚျမိဳ ႔မွ ေဒသအေခၚ သြားက်ိဳးမဟု ေခၚေသာ ထိုင္းအမ်ိဳးသမီး တစ္ဦးအား ထပ္မံေရာင္းခ်ခဲ့သည္။
ေဒသခံေလွလုပ္သားတစ္ေယာက္က“အဲဒီထိုင္းပြဲစားမကို ဒီမွာ သြားက်ိဳးမလို႔ပဲ ေခၚတယ္။ ႏွစ္ေပါင္းဆယ္ခ်ီျပီး ရွိျပ။ီ ပုလိပ္ေတြနဲ႔ ေပါင္းျပီးေတာ့ အခ်ဳပ္ခန္းထဲက လူေတြကိုေရြး ျပီးေတာ့ နယ္စပ္က လာပို႔တဲ့ လူေတြကုိပါ ေလွေတြကို ေရာင္းစားတယ္။ ဒီမွာေလွေတြက ကမ္းကိုျပန္မကပ္ဘူး။ ပင္လယ္မွာ ငါးဖမ္းတယ္။ ရတဲ့ငါးကို ေနာက္တစ္စီက သြားယူတယ္၊ အလုပ္သမားေတြကို ကမ္းကိုလံုး၀ မကပ္ရဘူး၊ ေနထိုင္မေကာင္းလို႔ရွိရင္ သတ္ျပီးေတာ့ ပင္လယ္ထဲကို ပစ္ခ်တာေတြ အမ်ားၾကီး၊ ဒီက်ေနာ္တို႔ က်ံဳေဖၚမွာ အကူအညီေပးမယ့္ အဖြဲ႔ေတြလည္း မရွိဘူး အင္ဂ်ီအိုေတြလည္း မလာရဲၾကဘူး။ တအား အကာအကြယ္နည္းပါတယ္၊ ဒီမွာ ျမန္မာ အလုပ္သမား တစ္ေယာက္ကို ဘာပဲလုပ္လုပ္၊ သတ္ပဲသတ္သတ္ ၾကက္ငွက္ေလာက္ေတာင္ တန္ဖိုးမရွိပါဘူးဗ်ာ” ဟု ေျပာသည္။
သတင္းေပးပို႔သူ ကိုဘသန္း၏ အေျပာအရ အဆိုပါေလွေပၚတြင္ ရခိုင္၆ေယာက္ႏွင့္ အျခားမြန္ဗမာ ေလွလုပ္သား ဆယ္ဦးေက်ာ္ ရွိေနေသးေၾကာင္း သိရသည္။
က်ံဳေဖၚ ပါနန္း ပိုက္ဆိပ္နယ္ေျမအတြင္း လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ေပါင္းစံုတြင္ ျမန္မာေရြ ႔ေျပာင္း အလုပ္သမား ရွစ္ေသာင္းခန္႔ အလုပ္လုပ္ကိုင္လွ်က္ရွိသည္။
